Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to craft user-centric solutions for their product.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Engineers to brainstorm, build, and validate solutions for complex user problems
• Map user workflows and system interactions to create scalable solutions within the CRM product
• Conduct user interviews to validate designs and integrate data into product decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing and shipping complex, enterprise-level SaaS products
• Expert systems thinker with the ability to deconstruct complex problems
• Strong knowledge of design best practices and the ability to translate user problems into product experiences
• Experience with Figma for creating and maintaining components across product surfaces
• Ability to conduct user interviews and iterate based on feedback and data analysis
