Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer, Care & Clinical Workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and champion a multi-quarter vision for internal clinical tooling, aligning with the company's mission
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Clinical leadership to shape the 6-12 month product roadmap
• Partner with Data Science and Product Management to establish and monitor KPIs and OKRs for clinical efficiency and patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with at least 3 years in enterprise software or internal tools
• Experience in designing for complex ecosystems and optimizing human-system interactions
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives with minimal guidance in ambiguous environments
• Demonstrated success in influencing senior leaders on long-term design strategies
• Direct experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is a bonus
