A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer - Growth (Onboarding) to shape user experiences in the crypto space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design for onboarding and first-time user experiences, setting benchmarks for quality and usability
• Define experience strategy for onboarding systems including identity verification and account setup
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive exceptional end-to-end user experiences and improve onboarding metrics

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in end-to-end product design with a portfolio demonstrating high-impact work
• Strong product judgment and ability to operate independently across complex product areas
• Experience designing in regulated environments such as fintech or identity verification
• Data-informed approach using qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Advanced prototyping skills to communicate interaction models and system behaviors
