Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer, Commerce to lead the design of commerce experiences and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design for 1P and 3P commerce surfaces and paid audience experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into clear experiences
• Define patterns for setup, merchandising, discovery, and management across various workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with complex systems
• Proven ability to design scalable UX architecture and patterns
• Strong experience with commerce or workflow-heavy products
• Comfort with ambiguity and multiple earning models
• Experience in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research teams
