Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to set the strategic design direction for an enterprise restaurant management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the strategic UX direction for the platform, ensuring cohesive integration of various modules
• Partner with leadership to shape product strategy and identify systemic design challenges across the platform
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor senior designers to improve design quality and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience in B2B or enterprise software
• Proven expertise in enterprise software design with a focus on systems thinking
• Experience designing for financial software or operational tools with critical data accuracy
• Strong leadership skills in ambiguous environments and experience developing other designers
• Data-driven decision-making skills using research and analytics to inform design choices
