Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to redesign tools that empower everyday people in democracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for complex, high-impact product areas serving candidates and elected officials
• Drive design strategy and execution for features that connect campaign tools and constituent services
• Mentor other designers and evolve the design system to enhance team efficiency and product coherence

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience, with at least 2+ years in a staff or principal-level role
• Experience designing complex, multi-stakeholder products from 0-1 and scaling features for thousands of users
• Proficient in responsive web design and native mobile applications, with a strong portfolio
• Strong AI fluency and experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows
• Deep experience with user research methodologies and synthesizing insights across diverse user segments
