Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for products serving customers, partners, and internal colleagues
• Manage and mentor two product designers, fostering their growth and work quality
• Establish design standards and systems that scale effectively

Required Qualifications and Education

• 8+ years of product design experience at product-driven companies
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design fundamentals and polished UI craft
• Experience managing or mentoring designers
• Deep expertise in Figma, including component libraries and collaborative workflows
• Comfort with ambiguity and complex B2B/enterprise workflows
