• Collaborate with product, engineering, content, and research teams throughout the product development process
• Conduct research to understand client needs and inform design decisions while evolving the design system

Required Qualifications

• Experience designing consumer-facing mobile applications
• Strong UX and visual design skills
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams

• For Staff Designers: experience leading initiatives and mentoring others
