Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead design initiatives and enhance user experiences across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy for complex, cross-product initiatives and collaborate with various teams to define product vision
• Own end-to-end design processes for high-impact projects, ensuring user-centered design principles are applied
• Mentor and coach other designers while establishing design operations and processes for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio in B2B/SaaS
• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale design initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Expert-level proficiency in user-centered design processes and human-computer interaction principles
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience designing for AI-powered features and contributing to design systems at scale
