Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user experience for the Performance Reviews product area
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute solutions for customer and business needs
• Champion and evolve the design system, ensuring high-quality implementation of designs

Required Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of experience designing complex workflows across multiple products
• Expert-level understanding of visual and interaction design principles
• Strong systems thinking with experience in evolving design systems
• Experience working with User Research and Data to inform design decisions
• A builder mindset with proficiency in prototyping and modern AI tools
