Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer (PST) to lead design initiatives and enhance product surfaces in a rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set standards for end-to-end design quality across high-stakes surfaces, including developer workflows and evaluator journeys
• Drive the evolution of the design system, embedding AI into design processes and improving efficiency and coherence
• Mentor designers and contribute to hiring, elevating craft and establishing quality standards within the team

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional craft in UI, interaction design, and prototyping
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional design initiatives
• Deep experience in building and scaling design systems, particularly in relation to AI
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect design work to measurable outcomes
• Experience designing for technical users, including APIs and SDKs
