Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Staff Product Designer, responsible for defining the design vision for a Commerce Media platform, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving customer impact through complex enterprise workflows in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the experience vision for a strategic MCM product area
• Own end-to-end design on complex initiatives from problem framing to post-launch iteration
• Mentor and coach designers while setting and raising design quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional product design experience in complex B2B environments
• Proven ability to lead design end-to-end for an entire product area
• Strong foundation in interaction and visual design
• Experience framing ambiguous problems and refining solutions using research and data
• Strong prototyping skills, treating it as a way of thinking and communicating
