Job Summary

Staff Product Designer, responsible for leading the design of B2B surfaces and shaping strategy within a remote, full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design across partner configuration tools and the hotel supply platform
• Set design direction and raise the craft bar across the team
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and partnerships to create polished user experiences

Required Qualifications

• Mastery of the full product development process from planning to prototypes
• Strong craft in visual, interaction, and UX design focusing on enterprise solutions
• Proven experience in managing stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma and design systems
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and their rationale
