Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Experienced in product design for advertising platforms, the full-time Staff Product Designer will work remotely to lead design efforts that enhance user experiences, mentor team members, and promote user-centered practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives that measurably improve user experiences within the Fetch app
• Mentor team members and guide the team's culture through thought leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design strategies and critiques

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant product design experience, specifically with Ads platforms
• Experience in building platform and B2B products
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and AI tooling
• Ability to conduct evaluative user research studies
• Experience in designing and maintaining design systems
