Job Summary

Experienced in product design, the full-time Staff Product Designer, Ads will lead design efforts to enhance user experiences within the Fetch app while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives that measurably improve user experiences and drive engagement
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative team culture through thought leadership
• Infuse user-centered practices across the organization to elevate product design standards

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant product design experience, specifically with Ads platforms
• Proven experience in building platform and B2B products
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Claude, and AI tooling
• Ability to conduct evaluative user research studies effectively
• Experience in designing and implementing design systems
