Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading complex client engagements, the full-time Staff Product Designer will manage end-to-end design processes, mentor team members, and advance AI practices in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements from discovery to handoff, anticipating and resolving potential issues early
• Drive the development of AI practices by running experiments and sharing insights to enhance the design team's capabilities
• Build and maintain durable design systems, including documentation and components, within complex projects

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in product design with a portfolio of shipped products
• Expertise in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and engineering handoff
• Demonstrated use of AI tooling in the design process, including prototyping in code
• Strong systems thinking and ability to make and defend tradeoffs under ambiguity
• Experience in mentorship that has resulted in visible growth for team members
