Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design for the Admin Platform, the full-time Staff Product Designer will create user-friendly interfaces for settings, identity and access management, billing, and policy surfaces while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design for the Admin Platform, ensuring a coherent user experience across all Docker product surfaces
• Identify UX debt within the admin domain and drive improvements into the product roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a shared design direction for the administrator experience

Required qualifications

• Proven experience designing admin, settings, or operations-facing surfaces such as IAM and billing
• Experience with cross-product systems and maintaining coherence as products grow
• Deep familiarity with developer tools and infrastructure products
• Solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience mentoring or coaching product designers
