Job Summary

Leading design for the Payments Dashboard team, the full-time Staff Product Designer will oversee the end-to-end payments experience for business operators, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive solutions and elevate design quality in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate a compelling product vision for horizontal problems across multiple teams
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to shape strategy and roadmaps
• Manage high-level stakeholders and act as a multiplier for other designers, leading design workstreams

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience at a tech, product-driven company
• Skilled at transforming ambiguous problems into simple, intuitive design solutions
• Adept at translating business objectives into customer-centered design opportunities
• Impeccable visual and interaction design skills
• Experienced in leading peer designers, either as a design manager or senior individual contributor
