Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end product design for key Advanced Trade experiences, the full-time Staff Product Designer will drive high-impact improvements across web and mobile platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own product design from discovery to launch for advanced trading experiences, including derivatives and portfolio management
• Lead zero-to-one initiatives and improvements across complex trading surfaces, enhancing UI and interaction quality
• Design scalable frameworks for data-dense workflows, ensuring clarity for advanced traders in high-stakes situations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in designing digital products, particularly in complex, workflow-heavy environments
• Proven track record of operating autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous settings
• Strong visual design, interaction design, and prototyping skills with the ability to elevate team quality
• Experience leading through influence and coaching junior designers without formal management roles
• Deep proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
