Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design end-to-end for GrantOS, the full-time Staff Product Designer will lead the development of platform and core areas, shaping user interactions and driving product innovation in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design across GrantOS Platform and Core, from discovery and research through shipping and iteration
• Define interaction patterns and design system foundations that influence other product areas
• Conduct user research and partner strategically with PM and engineering leads to align product vision

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience, with significant time at a senior or staff level
• Proven track record of owning complex B2B product areas end-to-end
• Experience in zero-to-one product ownership, starting from problems rather than specifications
• Strong systems thinking and proficiency in Figma/prototyping, with deep involvement in user research
• Ability to influence product vision and collaborate effectively across teams
