Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing AI-supported member experiences, the full-time remote Staff Product Designer will lead product and experience design, define interaction models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, trustworthy, and clinically appropriate digital health solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product and experience design for AI-supported member experiences throughout the health journey
• Define interaction models for intelligent guidance, recommendations, and human-in-the-loop support
• Prototype using modern design and AI tools to translate complex capabilities into user-friendly experiences

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or related fields
• A portfolio showcasing strong product thinking and high-quality execution across complex digital products
• Experience designing AI-powered and personalized product experiences
• Strong skills in interaction and visual design, with the ability to create clear design artifacts
• Comfort using AI tools as part of the design workflow for prototyping and concept evaluation
