Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Staff Product Designer will focus on design systems and operations, ensuring the cohesion and operational health of the portal ecosystem by creating master design libraries, conducting system audits, and empowering UX teams through training and tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and govern master Figma libraries to ensure a single source of truth across all teams
• Conduct regular cross-channel audits to identify inconsistencies and advocate for standardization in design
• Author and maintain documentation and onboarding materials to streamline UX processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in design
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe
• Experience with design systems and operational efficiency
• Ability to conduct system audits and gap analysis
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
