Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Experienced Staff Product Designers will find a full-time remote opportunity focused on leading design efforts to enhance user experiences within the Fetch app, mentoring team members, and infusing user-centered practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Leading design critiques and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives
• Mentoring team members and influencing design decisions within and outside the team
• Developing and implementing design systems while managing the design process for AI-powered products

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in native mobile app and enterprise tooling design
• Experience with AI-powered product design for both consumer and enterprise applications
• Proficiency in Figma or other AI-powered design tools
• Experience with animation tools, ideally Rive
• Technical acumen in designing for complex problems and tools
