Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design of core treatment categories, the full-time Staff Product Designer will lead complex initiatives, translate clinical complexity into user-friendly experiences, and actively incorporate AI tools in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design process from intake to ongoing care for core treatment categories
• Lead large initiatives by defining problems and guiding team direction
• Translate sensitive clinical information into clear, trustworthy user experiences

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in product design with a focus on consumer-facing products
• Strong UX instincts in sensitive or high-trust contexts
• Experience using AI tools for prototyping, ideation, and research synthesis
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying design decisions
• Expert proficiency in Figma
