Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design system end-to-end, the full-time remote Staff Product Designer will manage the Figma component library and React codebase, ensuring high-quality, scalable components that enhance product delivery across multiple applications.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design system, including Figma components, React code, interaction patterns, and documentation
• Collaborate with front-end engineering teams to ensure robust and well-tested components that are easy to adopt
• Define the strategy for scaling the design system and maintain architectural integrity across all products

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in product design and front-end engineering
• Deep proficiency in React and strong opinions on component architecture and testing
• Expertise in design tools like Figma, including component design and design system management
• Experience building and maintaining a design system for multiple teams
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and a willingness to integrate them into workflows
