Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning and accelerating the end-to-end user experience for Clinical AI products, the full-time Staff Product Designer will drive key product initiatives from concept to launch while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and clinical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design across high-priority features, from rough sketches to polished shipped experiences
• Deeply understand users through embedded research, shadowing, and feedback loops
• Build scalable design systems that enable rapid prototyping without sacrificing quality or consistency

Required qualifications

• Experience in high-impact product design work within technically complex B2B SaaS domains
• Fluency across the full design stack including research, UX, UI, prototyping, and systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners
• Experience designing for clinicians, healthcare systems, or complex enterprise users is a plus
• Hands-on experience with front-end styling or contributing to a design system repository is desirable
