Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and versatile Staff Product Designer to lead end-to-end design efforts for core product areas in a full-time remote role, crafting exceptional experiences for veterinary clinics and collaborating closely with engineers and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for core product areas, from early concept to final implementation
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define team roadmaps and ensure effective problem-solving
• Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design ideas

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing intuitive web applications
• Proven track record of shipping complex B2B or SaaS products
• Strong instincts for usability, interaction design, and hierarchy
• Ability to work fluidly across user experience, interaction, and visual design
• A strong portfolio showcasing product thinking and attention to detail
