Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a talented Staff Product Designer, the full-time remote position will focus on solving complex problems in Back Office and Commercial experiences, utilizing a balanced toolkit of research, interface design, and prototyping to enhance a leading SaaS product.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop deep expertise across multiple product problem areas and quickly prototype solutions
• Conduct user research to understand pain points and design simple, elegant experiences that address real problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate designs using tools like Figma and validate ideas through experimental design

Required qualifications:

• Experience designing modern SaaS or enterprise platforms
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX, interaction, and visual design skills
• Expert knowledge of the end-to-end iterative design process, including user research and prototyping
• Experience collaborating with other designers to create cohesive products
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale
