Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading design for high-impact initiatives, the full-time remote Staff Product Designer will craft AI-powered features and evolve the design system to support scalable, user-friendly experiences for accounting and professional service firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for new AI-powered features, translating complex workflows into intuitive interactions
• Audit and evolve the design system for scale and accessibility, ensuring design-to-code alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype intelligent agent experiences and establish governance for design components

Required Qualifications

• 8 - 12 years of experience designing complex SaaS products, with a focus on AI or data-driven features
• Deep mastery of Figma, including Auto Layout, variants, and design tokens
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and cohesive user experiences
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product leadership to shape product roadmaps
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and commitment to inclusive design
