Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design vision for Coinbase's AI-first customer support platform, the full-time Staff Product Designer will lead design efforts across the Help Center, Chatbot, Voicebot, and Concierge support experience, driving automation and enhancing customer satisfaction in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design vision and execution across the entire customer experience product surface
• Drive MVP and future-state concepts for self-service flows and conversational interactions
• Shape a reusable design system pattern library in collaboration with the Coinbase Design System team

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Design experience, particularly in support, service, or AI-powered interfaces
• Proven track record of shipping end-to-end product design within cross-functional teams
• Mastery of visual design, interaction design, and conversational flow design, with proficiency in Figma
• Strong ability to work autonomously across complex product ecosystems
• Experience in utilizing generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency and quality
