Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Staff Product Designer for a remote contract role, who will lead content strategy and design for language-driven products, focusing on information architecture and AI-enabled writing experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy for advisor experiences, prioritizing and structuring information for effective decision-making
• Design and architect language products, establishing voice and information hierarchy for content generation
• Develop scalable content frameworks and models, documenting learnings for broader organizational application

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, or Content Strategy
• 6-8 years of experience in content strategy or design, with at least 5 years in a product development team
• Demonstrated experience designing language products and content systems, particularly AI-enabled writing experiences
• Proven ability to define content frameworks and information hierarchy for complex digital products
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration roles with a focus on delivering business value
