Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning complex design challenges, the full-time Staff Product Designer will lead end-to-end design for audit workflows, collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams, and shape the design direction of a core product in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous audit workflows, from problem definition through shipped solutions
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and deliver high-quality implementations
• Advocate for users while balancing technical, regulatory, and business constraints across significant product areas

Required qualifications:

• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows at a systemic level
• Proven ability to influence senior Product Management and Engineering leaders
• Experience in coaching or mentoring other designers
• Strong background in audit, accounting, compliance, or regulated domains
• Familiarity with building or scaling design systems and processes
