Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic product design team, the full-time Staff Product Designer will develop frameworks for ambiguous problem spaces, build and ship production-quality prototypes, and contribute to front-end implementation, all while working remotely and onsite in designated offices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop frameworks that simplify ambiguous problem spaces and generate innovative product directions
• Build and ship functional prototypes at production quality, testing real interactions with actual data
• Recognize gaps in the design system and initiate new patterns, documenting components that integrate with the system's architecture

Required qualifications

• Strong design fundamentals with the ability to defend design directions using evidence
• Fluency in AI development tools for creating production-quality prototypes
• Experience with front-end implementation and Git/GitHub workflows
• A track record of closing gaps in design systems and creating new components
• Strategic mindset connecting design decisions to broader product goals
