Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design and optimization of EasyLlama's core platform experiences, the full-time Staff Product Designer will collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance user experiences across a multi-product platform, focusing on AI-driven systems and cross-functional design leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end systems that drive customer value, including onboarding and product discovery
• Create AI-driven systems and workflows that are usable and trustworthy, embedding them throughout the platform
• Lead cross-functional design initiatives, influencing decisions and contributing to the EasyLlama Design System

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in multi-product, B2B SaaS platforms
• Proven track record of driving measurable product outcomes such as adoption and retention
• Experience designing AI-powered product experiences and utilizing AI tooling
• Strong systems thinking with a background in designing across complex, multi-surface products
• Portfolio demonstrating craft quality and measurable business impact
