Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Staff Product Designer, this full-time remote position focuses on designing enterprise experiences on the Salesforce platform, driving design strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape impactful advisor and employee solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design strategy and execution for Salesforce-based experiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
• Drive clarity and alignment across complex product initiatives, influencing digital experience strategy through collaboration with stakeholders
• Mentor and guide Product Designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and design excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience in UX, interaction design, and product innovation, particularly with enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform
• Proven ability to design complex operational and workflow-driven experiences, leveraging Salesforce capabilities
• Strong understanding of Salesforce concepts and experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
• Experience working within Agile product development environments and collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering teams
