Job Summary

Leading the design of a cohesive product ecosystem, the full-time remote Staff Product Designer will define experience strategy, create interactive prototypes, and align cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes across a unified platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end experience strategy across a platform or large product ecosystem
• Lead design initiatives for high-impact problem spaces, translating company strategy into clear design direction
• Utilize prototypes as primary tools for strategy, validation, and communication while exploring AI-assisted design

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in product design with experience on platforms or multi-product systems
• Proven ability to define experience strategy and system-level design frameworks
• Strong portfolio showcasing platform-level thinking and prototypes linked to business outcomes
• Deep experience integrating AI into product design workflows
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and mentor other designers
