Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing platform, the full-time Staff Product Designer will design cohesive systems for multi-service applications, ensuring clarity and usability for developers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi-service system views to enhance developer comprehension of service connections and dependencies
• Create system-level observability features that aggregate logs, metrics, and events for streamlined project monitoring
• Develop coordinated deployment experiences that simplify cross-service operations and rollback processes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in developer tools or complex product design
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of design craft
• Proficient in information architecture and creating coherent user journeys across multiple interfaces
• Familiarity with developer terminology, including services, CI/CD, and deployments
• Experience designing for failure states and understanding user challenges in high-stress scenarios
