Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

To shape the flight booking experience for millions of travelers, the remote Staff Product Designer will set the design bar for Flights Search, partnering across disciplines to define and deliver user-centered features while modeling AI-native design practices.

Key responsibilities

• Partner across disciplines to define and deliver features that meet real user needs
• Model AI-native ways of working for the Flights team, showcasing innovative design possibilities
• Lead design reviews and refine feedback processes to enhance design quality and collaboration

Required qualifications

• Mastery of the full product development process from planning to build-ready designs and prototypes
• Proven experience in integrating AI into the design workflow and building prototypes in code
• Experience managing stakeholders in collaboration with PMs, engineers, and executives
• Ability to design patterns and components that empower PMs and EMs to work independently
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale effectively
