Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Staff Product Designer for a full-time remote position, who will lead end-to-end design efforts for core product areas, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to create intuitive web applications that enhance the veterinary healthcare experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with product goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and address key design challenges
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing web applications, particularly B2B or SaaS products
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design thinking and attention to detail
• Proficiency in user experience, interaction, and visual design
• Ability to think in systems and patterns with a focus on usability
• Experience facilitating design sprints and user research sessions
