Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

As a remote Staff Product Designer focused on Incident Response Management, the candidate will design user experiences for Grafana's IRM solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing various design tools to enhance product usability and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and design teams to iterate on product improvements
• Document user needs, design directions, and trade-offs while using product design tools
• Conduct research initiatives with users and stakeholders to inform design decisions and enhance product experiences

Required qualifications

• Experience designing for technical users such as developers and SREs
• A portfolio showcasing impactful design work that aligns with business goals and metrics
• Proven ability to balance business objectives with user needs in design decisions
• Experience working in a fast-paced, fully-remote environment
• Strong collaborative skills across diverse teams and time zones
