Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Operating remotely, the full-time Staff Product Designer will lead design strategy, create end-to-end user journeys, and translate user needs into compelling product experiences while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design strategy by defining success metrics and aligning work with long-term company goals
• Design scalable, coherent experiences across Boulevard's platform through comprehensive user journeys and frameworks
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design intent is maintained during implementation and evolve the design system for future growth

Required qualifications

• Deep empathy for users and understanding of creating effortless and trustworthy experiences
• Proven expertise in the full design process, including research, prototyping, and high-fidelity execution
• Ability to balance business goals with high-quality user experiences, focusing on outcomes like conversion and engagement
• Comfort in ambiguous environments, helping teams find clarity and direction
• Proficiency with modern design and AI tools, such as Figma and Claude
