Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Staff Product Designer & Researcher will lead design initiatives, manage user research, and contribute to the design system to enhance the developer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from research to fully realized features, ensuring user and business needs are met
• Facilitate design and research discussions across teams, driving user experience improvements
• Manage participant recruiting and usability studies, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading design efforts for technical products or platforms
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and GitHub, and familiarity with HTML and CSS
• Experience in research operations, including managing participant databases and usability studies
• Strong background in iterative product development, from problem definition to UI design
• Ability to adapt to changes and manage multiple work streams effectively
