Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product design experience, including 3 years at a senior or staff level
- Strong portfolio showcasing systems-level thinking and design leadership across multiple product surfaces
- Deep expertise in building and governing design systems used by multiple teams
- Fluency with AI-assisted design tools and workflows
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools, along with familiarity with front-end constraints
