Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing design team, the full-time Staff Product Designer will own core product areas from problem framing to high-quality delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a flexible remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own a core surface or problem area end to end, ensuring high-craft work is shipped
• Set direction and elevate design quality across the team, influencing peers and processes
• Utilize AI in design processes, from exploration to prototyping and production

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a versatile product designer with a strong portfolio
• Ability to set direction and raise standards for design work beyond personal contributions
• Experience incorporating AI into design practices
• Strong systems thinking and pattern design skills across various surfaces and teams
• Empathy for creators and understanding of the creator economy is a plus
