Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading design for new zero-to-one product experiences in untapped territory, the full-time remote Staff Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user problems, own projects from conception to execution, and elevate design quality across the product line.

Key responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional partners to identify and prioritize user problems worth solving
• Own projects end to end, from problem definition to design QA and quality control
• Set the vision for future product designs and improve design systems for higher-quality launches

Required qualifications

• A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craftsmanship
• A track record of shipping pixel-perfect work in fast-paced environments
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments while maintaining high standards
• Fluency in design systems and experience building for consistency
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering to ensure visual fidelity during implementation
