Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading design strategy and execution for the Loyalty pillar, the full-time Staff Product Designer will drive the vision and quality of consumer products such as Coinbase One membership and CB1 Card while collaborating with senior product and engineering leaders in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design strategy across Coinbase One membership, CB1 Card, and the broader Loyalty surface area
• Partner with senior Product and Engineering leads to shape roadmaps and represent design in leadership forums
• Drive strategic design work focused on membership evolution, retention mechanics, and rewards experiences

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience
• Proven track record leading design for subscription, loyalty, or membership products at scale (1M+ users)
• Experience collaborating with senior product and engineering leaders to shape strategy and define roadmaps
• Demonstrated ability to set systems-level vision while delivering high-quality work on regular cadences
• Familiarity with consumer fintech, payments, or credit card product design
