Staff Product Designer
Job Summary
To design product experiences for an innovative AI-powered sales execution platform, the full-time remote Staff Product Designer will define seamless workflows, craft user flows and UI designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the product's vision.
Key responsibilities
- Define elegant product experiences that accelerate sales workflows for the Guide CI Product area
- Craft system architectures, user flows, interaction models, and visual UI designs for AI-powered features
- Collaborate with Product Managers and other designers to shape product vision and conduct usability studies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital product design, UX design, or interaction design, preferably with at least 1 year at Staff or Lead level
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in shaping product visions for AI-powered products and creating design concepts
- Experience leading design for major feature areas or new products independently
- Ability to define new product propositions and solve complex interaction challenges, especially for AI features
- Proficiency in using AI design tools to prototype and explore multiple solutions rapidly
