Job Summary
Serving as a senior design leader, the full-time remote Staff Product Designer will drive strategic design initiatives, influence organizational decisions, and enhance design systems across multiple products and customer journeys.
Key responsibilities
- Lead large-scale design initiatives and drive alignment on customer experience strategy across teams
- Oversee the evolution and governance of design systems, ensuring successful implementation and adoption in partnership with engineering teams
- Mentor senior designers and serve as a trusted advisor to product and business leadership to elevate design maturity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience designing complex digital products
- Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives across multiple teams or domains
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and organizational impact
