Job Summary
To shape the visual and experiential direction of a global brand, the full-time Staff Product Designer will evolve the design system, create new product offerings, and set the craft standard while working remotely across various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the brand and visual evolution to create a distinct and trustworthy identity
- Expand the design system into comprehensive infrastructure including tokens and documentation
- Develop new product offerings from initial concepts to shipped products with measurable customer impact
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing consumer mobile products and systems thinking
- Strong fundamentals in visual hierarchy, typography, content strategy, and information architecture
- Proficiency in using AI tools for design and prototyping
- Experience in fintech, marketplaces, or high-trust consumer categories is a plus
- A deep understanding of customer experiences related to financial systems
