Staff Product Designer
Job Summary
Owning the strategic direction and product architecture for the core platform, the full-time Staff Product Designer will translate complex business logic into scalable design frameworks and exceptional user experiences while working remotely or in Stockholm.
Key responsibilities
- Own ambiguous problem spaces, synthesizing research and data into clear design patterns
- Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to shape roadmaps and elevate design strategy
- Define and expand the design system and component architecture
Required qualifications
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex B2B SaaS platforms
- 2-3+ years at the Staff level, with proven impact in ambiguous environments
- Expertise in Figma, component architecture, and design system expansion
- Ability to translate fragmented inputs into strategic design decisions
- Skill in framing tradeoffs and defending decisions to leadership
